Julian Norton is the CEO and Co-founder of Plum AI, which automatically evaluates and improves the quality of LLM applications.
With a deep understanding of the realities of business workflows, he focuses on making AI systems effective and trustworthy. Before Plum AI, Julian was a product leader with over a decade of software management experience in NYC including at SecurityScorecard, Order, and Implicit with a specialty in AI products.
He frequently speaks on working with LLMs and the future of agentic systems.
Matt’s spent over a decade applying AI in finance, backed by a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and hands-on work developing procurement and finance AI applications. He focuses on the real-world impact of AI—helping teams understand how technology can solve everyday challenges.
